New user accounts created via an event workflow

If a new user account is registered alongside the completion of an event section requiring approval, this account is created with the state External response and a role is not automatically applied to it.

To have the associated external user role applied to a new user account, this can be done by approving the pending section(s) via Pending sections.

An external Pending user account may also be approved via their user profile by clicking Manually approve this user, however please note that this action will not apply a role to that user.

If approving an external Pending user via their user profile, please note that a role will then need to be applied to the user as an additional step.
